Privacy Policy — The Clean Queen LLC

- Third-party sources: information from service providers, analytics platforms, or public sources (e.g., verification of business listings).

- Provide, manage, and fulfill cleaning services and appointments
- Process payments and send invoices/receipts
- Communicate about bookings, estimates, service issues, and customer support
- Verify and investigate refund or breach-of-contract claims

California residents have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA, including:

- Right to Delete: request deletion of personal information subject to legal exceptions
- Right to Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information

- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
- Right to Non-Discrimination for exercising privacy rights

We will verify requests by matching account details and may request additional information to confirm identity. We aim to respond within 45 days (or shorter where required by law); if we require more time we will notify you.

8. Right to Deletion — Verification & Exceptions
We will comply with deletion requests unless retention is necessary for:
- Completing transactions or services you requested
- Maintaining business records as required by law
- Detecting or preventing fraud or illegal activity
- Exercising legal claims or defenses
- Complying with other legal obligations

9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., access controls, encrypted transmissions where supported, secure hosting providers) to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children
Our Sites and services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided us information, contact us to request deletion.
